Jennifer Anderson is a principal and co-founder of Sustrana. Within Sustrana, Jennifer helps clients articulate a business case for sustainability and to leverage sustainability as a tool to further company vision and goal achievement. Jennifer’s background in both private and social sector business management in the US and abroad have provided her with a broad base of knowledge and substantial hands-on experience that she draws from in applying sustainability practices to businesses across a range of industries.
Over the past nineteen years, Jennifer has worked for several well-known and respected regional organizations such as SEI Investments, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Mercy Health System. Prior to co-founding Resonate, Jennifer was a co-founder and partner at DudenAnderson LLP, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, financial and operational systems assessment, best practice concepts implementation, and organizational systems optimization for social sector businesses. In 2008, Jennifer worked with the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia to create Profitable Pathways to Sustainability, a membership-based, executive-level business forum that supports and promotes leadership in sustainability in the region’s larger companies. Her work in developing Profitable Pathways to Sustainability furthered her interest in promoting sustainable business practices and ultimately led her to join forces with Nancy Cleveland in 2010 to create Resonate.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a Masters of Public Health from Drexel University. She is a Senior Certified Sustainability Professional and holds a certificate of training in Greenhouse Gas Accounting from the GHG Management Institute.
